The IPCT has also begun treating Knotweed infestations along Hwy 1 on the North Shore. Our goal is to push our Knotweed Containment Line for Hwy 1 west/south. If you see them out today, that is what they are working on! They much appreciate the honks and waves of support they have been getting as they work along the highway.

A highlight of last week was that on the crew's first day on the ground Global BC News came along with us as we treated a Giant Hogweed Infestation at Lloyd Ave. on Hwy 1. We are so appreciative of the media support we are getting. To see the story, click here.
The crew will continue working on BC Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure right of ways and will soon be adding work for BC Parks (Mt. Cypress, Mt. Seymour and Indian Arm), District of North Vancouver and a few others we will share with you soon.
Stay tuned as Sara begins their daily blog next week!
